About Our Client
Our Client is the World's Largest Luxury Brand and offers a wide range of products and has established a strong presence here in the Asia-Pacific Region. With a healthy growth year-on-year, they are currently looking to expand and strengthen their presence here within Asia-Pacific and they are looking for a Supply Planning Executive to be an integral part of their business and assist in their growth.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Supply Planning Manager, you will be responsible for the consolidation of the region's demand plan, process and transmit monthly purchase order plan to supplier on time.

Your Other Responsibilities include:

• Establish the correct stock equation in system for inventory order planning and management
• Analyze Regional global stock position, prepare monthly quota management planning to subsidiary and support to order portfolio management
• Analyze Regional global and subsidiary stock level, anticipate stock risk and stock optimization actions to meet sales objectives
• Manage product life cycle, classification for quality procurement and inventory management
• Manage and follow up arrival shipments, receptions on time and stock availability
• Prepare monthly Key Performance indicators, provide actions plan to manage, maintain and meet the indicators and objectives
• Initiate and proactive recommend for department operations improvement
• Establish permanent dialog and relationship with International related suppliers, internal & external working partners

The Successful Applicant
You must possess a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years in Supply Planning & Forecasting in a FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumers Good) Environment. You must be able to work effectively and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills; with the ability to work well at all levels. Strong Knowledge in ERP systems is a must and prior experience in a FMCG environment will be highly preferred.
