About Our Client
Our Client is a FMCG Multi-National Conglomerate, focusing on health and beauty products.
Job Description
Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will be leading the supply chain management of a specific division within the company. You will have about 5 direct reports and will oversee critical supply chain functions such as the inventory, warehouse management, demand/forecasting as well as customer service and order management. Also, your key function is to ensure all stocks and payments are on time and in-order. You will need to negotiate with key business units such as Marketing, Sales, and Finance as well as external parties such as 3rd Party Logistics vendors and other Operations.
The Successful Applicant
You have at least 5 years of working experience within the FMCG and end-to-end Supply Chain industry (Demand/Supply Planning, Inventory management and Logistics). You are a leader, with a strong passion and drive for what the company has to offer to consumers. You are highly energetic and have the drive to get things done. You have excellent negotiation skills and are firm in making good decisions.
