Job Description
Reporting to the Global Supplier Quality Director based in Europe, your role will be to lead the entire supplier quality function and vision for APAC. Your goal is to enhance supplier selection, qualification, development and management and exceed stakeholder expectation. You will formulate and implement supplier quality strategies to realize global corporate supplier quality policies and targets while managing SQ teams within the region. You will drive and motivate continuous quality, technical and business improvement internally and amongst suppliers with regular supplier audits and performance reviews.

The Successful Applicant
You will be degree qualified in quality, engineering or a related discipline with at least 10 years experience in quality and 5 years in a senior Regional management role within preferably the Automotive industry. You will have proven experience and strong knowledge of quality systems (6 Sigma, SPC, Lean) international quality standards, EHS and sourcing best practice international quality standards, EHS and sourcing best practice as well as a ability to mentor SQEs and train them on the job. You will also work closely with overseas sourcing and business stakeholders; hence the ability to effectively communicate and influence is essential. Fluency in English and Mandarin is a prerequisite.
