With the quick and aggressive business expansion, now they are looking for a senior management candidate for the Suzhou Site General Manager with the overall P&L responsibility and competitive salary remuneration package.
Job Description
Report to Operation VP, directly heads up the departments including Supply Chain, Engineering, Technical, Operation Management, Quality Assurance, HR and Customer Service. You are responsible for the whole company's strategy, short term and long term planning to ensure continuously achieve company's goal and sustainable improve the plant's daily management. Achieving the company's financial targets and meet/surpass customer satisfactions.
The Successful Applicant
You should have more than 15 years working experience in a leading foreign company, specialized in manufacturing operation. A bachelor degree in Engineering or Master degree in Business Administration is preferable. Demonstrated strong leadership and people management skills are mandatory. Strong business acumen with global/local visions. Obtain finical knowledge is a plus. Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and Six-Sigma. Excellent communication and presentation skills and fluent English and Chinese.
