As the Company transforms and grows, SATS is now looking for a Senior Vice President for Human Resource to be part of the Management team to help the group grow aggressively through organic and acquisition activities in the next few years.

Job Description
You will be a key member of the senior management team and be responsible for leading and managing the overall HR function across the business units. With ongoing expansion plans, you will be responsible for the development of HR best practices in line with strategic business objectives. You will also formulate and drive policies to assist management and the workforce in embracing change and increasing productivity. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities including talent management, learning and development, human resource planning as well as providing HR advisory and coaching. In addition, you will establish and maintain good industrial relations with the Unions.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should possess strong academic qualifications as well as an outstanding track record as a HR generalist spanning a minimum of 15 years. Proactive and passionate, you will have strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to influence across levels and cultures. You should also have prior experience managing a large workforce and exposure to industrial relations.
