Now, with the continued expansion of their Philippines-based Global Operations Hub, they’re keen to recruit a number of senior-level professionals to augment their Operations team.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to define, develop and oversee the delivery of operations strategy across Investment Banking product classes. It’s a chance to be a business leader, building and managing a sizable team, ultimately nurturing a culture and environment that encourages innovation, continuous improvement and best practice.

You will report directly to the Head of Operations and work closely with regional and global stakeholders to maintain the high standards this revered organization is renowned for. This will include managing key controls and budgets, as well as the performance and professional development of your team and its members.

The Successful Applicant

It’s a challenge that calls for a self-starter who will thrive in this diverse and dynamic environment – a professional with extensive experience within the operations arena, either within a major financial institution or large multinational organization. In addition to a relevant degree, you must have exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the proven ability to drive large teams.
