About Our Client
Founded in 1976 in the UK, Michael Page International is widely regarded as the world's leading and most profitable recruitment organization. As part of the rapid growth in Mainland China we are actively looking for a Senior Consultant or Manager to help establish and manage our Human Resources Division in both Shanghai and Beijing.

Job Description
You will play in lead role in establishing both the HR candidate and client database as well as leading the business development drive to cement Michael Page International as a leading recruiter of HR professionals in the Mainland China market. A key part of the role will be the ability to attract and employ consultants to grow the division across Shanghai and Beijing.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful you must have a proven track record in executive recruitment. A knowledge and understanding of the China market is a major advantage alongside a strong understanding of the Human Resources industry. A background in Sales and target related industries would also be favorable. Finally you must be fluent in both Mandarin and English.
