About Our Client
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading Project Management firm. With an increase in the demand for Project Management services in Malaysia, my client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major bank fit-out project in Kuala Lumpur.

Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Head of Project Management you will have responsibility for managing the full lifecycle Project Management function for the client to deliver high class banking office space from due diligence and conceptual stages to commissioning and hand over. You will have responsibility for driving the construction programme on time and to budget as well as managing the clients’ expectations.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience within Project Management. You will be an expert in delivering Fit-out projects within the banking environment including office space, trading floors and mission critical environments. You are likely to have an M&E background although this is not essential. You will have regional exposure and have delivered high profile projects in multiple jurisdictions in Asia. Mandarin skills would be an advantage although not essential.

What's On Offer
Remuneration: MYR180,000 – MYR200,000 per annum + bonus & benefits (depending on qualifications & experience)
