Job Description

This role consists of two critical parts - Project Management and Business Analysis. Reporting to the Head of Business Process Re-Engineering Unit based overseas, you will

• Spearhead all activities which includes gathering of information, prioritizing work loads through interviews, workshops and meetings (brainstorming and highly-interactive discussions)
• Prepare and present formal business requirement documents, project plans/schedules and to identify and indicate major milestones for the project team
• Map out current business processes and identify parts for improvement. You will also design new processes and re-engineer the existing ones.
• Be the focal point for bridging gaps between the business and technology teams as well as the point of communication with customers to ensure quality products and services are delivered
• Work out project risks and to develop back-up solutions

The Successful Applicant
You are a degree holder with an excellent track record in Project Management. You have a very strong background in time management, quality and risk management and people leadership. Also you are an analytical individual with a knack for problem-solving. With more than 8 years of working experience and at least 5 of them in project management, you have developed key skill sets and attitude such as a sense of urgency, drive for success and recommending solutions. You have experiences in training, facilitating workshops and working in the after-sales support sector. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Additional knowledge such as Consulting, Six-Sigma application, CRM and ERP are advantageous.
