Job Description
Reporting to the Division Director in Germany your responsibility will be to work towards continually improving factory performance by leveraging on internal process improvement tools including LEAN and Six Sigma. You will work with cross-functional stake-holders to drive strategic projects to increase productivity whilst maintaining the highest levels of quality. You will also be involved in both formal and informal training of staff, trainers and other consultants, as well as providing guidance in the development of a long term strategic roadmap for the company both locally and regionally.

The Successful Applicant
As the successful candidate you will have at least 8 years of operations/ engineering experience, you will also have had good exposure to best practice implementation programs including TPM and LEAN manufacturing techniques, a Six Sigma qualification would also be an advantage. Superior communication and consultative skills are a must, and you should be able demonstrate proficiency in time and project management.
