About Our Client
With an invested commitment to building a strong presence in Asia, my client is looking to expand their Asia Retail Development Team. As such, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Development Manager to join a leading international developer and operator of flagship retail developments as part of the senior management team.

Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager or Development Director, you will be responsible for leading the full lifecycle development activity for iconic retail developments across SE Asia and Greater China. With a minimum of 5 years experience in Asian Retail Property, you will have responsibility, as either team lead or as part of a major projects team, for the conceptualisation, design, construction, leasing and mobilization of flagship retail led developments in accordance with the portfolio strategy.

The Successful Applicant
This position would ideally suit a candidate from a leading Asian or Global Retail Developer with current experience of managing major retail developments in South East Asia, Japan or China. You will have seen a retail development through the full project lifecycle and had exposure to managing design teams, project management of major construction works as well as managing and securing key anchor tenants in line with the development concept. You will be of Asian origin with a commitment to building and growing with a business committed to developing a strong presence in Asia.

What's On Offer
Remuneration: S$250,000 to S$400,000 + benefits (depending on qualification & experience)
