Job Description
This role will be responsible for business developing a client base for the company's service in Singapore, and effectively positioning its capabilities to a Director level audience. You will diagnose your client's training and development needs and tailor and facilitate the delivery of executive training programs. The delivery of these programs, utilizing your considerable experience and leadership capability, will also be an important aspect of this role, as will be your ability to meet clearly defined operating targets.

The Successful Applicant
Suitable candidates for this role will posses a compelling blend of consultative sales experience, intellectual and commercial strength, integrity, and the presence to engage and inspire leaders at the executive level. You will have the experience, or display the potential and desire, to coach and train clients through the programs that you design for them.
