Job Description

Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Contribute to high-quality client on-boarding processes from a documentation standpoint, across all asset classes
• Undertaking administrative data and documentation management work
• Responsible for the life cycle of client information by reviewing account documentation, maintaining static data and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all sourced data
• Direct liaison with, and support to mainly internal clients regarding all document processing matters including the advisory and all other partners including other departments within Operations, Legal and Compliance
• Involvement in systems enhancement and other ad hoc projects

The Successful Applicant
As a successful candidate, you have at least 3 years of experience in the Client Onboarding function, with in-depth knowledge of client documentation/KYC/AML requirements. You will have experience working in financial institutions and/or Private Wealth Management companies. Of course, you will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
