Job Description

As an integral member of the business, you will manage and lead its regulatory affairs department in the Asia region. You will independently manage regulatory activities for the fast paced Snacks business specifically, involved in:

• Act as the frontline regulatory manager and project leader to influence KOLs.
• Assure food products are safe for consumption and compliant will the regulations
• Develop and understand key snack foods issues
• Contribute to strategy development, issues management and trade association activity
• Apply innovative thinking to solve problems and improve work processes

The Successful Applicant

You will be a highly motivated and driven professional with previous experience in a full functional regional lead regulatory role. Additionally, you will possess:

• Ability to think and act decisively and apply leadership skills to make clear and informed decisions in managing regulatory and product safety issues and in industry association meetings
• Strong initiative and collaborative skills to work individually with cross functional teams which may include representatives from PS&RA, Legal, Marketing, PS, Micro, and Quality Assurance.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a keen eye for details to summarize and present complex regulatory/safety information in a way that project team members and management are able to understand issues and recommendations.
