Job Description
You will spearhead all aspects of product support and after-sales service to the Singapore organisation and the distributors in the region. You will work closely with your distributors' sales and technical teams to understand their product and technical training needs. You will organise and deliver training on new product rollouts, upgrades and troubleshooting tips. In addition, you will also be involved in periodic client reviews on product and maintenance matters.
The Successful Applicant
You should ideally have a degree or diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, and at least 7 years of relevant technical experience. You should be familiar with product warranties and service quality issues. You are a fast learner and your strength is your ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Candidates from a training background will also be considered. High travel is required.
