About Our Client
Our client is a Global Real Estate Developer and an employer of choice in the real estate and property world. Driven by ambitious plans and an improving global footprint, they are seeking an experienced senior design manager to oversee their projects in the SE Asia Region.

Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Director, you will organise a team of architect’s consultants and manage/coordinate their works, ensuring that the design development through concept and schematic design phases, meet with the company’s objectives. You will report progress and key design issues to executives and assist the Project Management Team with the exterior and interior design. You will also manage major design changes, if any, during the construction stage.

The Successful Applicant
Ideally you are an architect with at least 20 years of experience. You will have good experience in design processes and systems management and strong leadership qualities. You will have worked on complex and fast track mixed-use projects, particularly in the master planning stage. You will also possess regional exposure having worked for developers in a similar role and be experienced in a multi-tasking project environment.
