Due to rapid expansion in the region Diageo is currently looking forward to recruit a Regional Quality Manager - Asia Pacific Supply.

Job Description

Reporting to the Global Governance Manager you will be responsible for:

• Providing strategic direction and leadership for product quality across the Asia Pacific region
• Developing constructive relationships with Diageos global manufacturing plants and 3rd party suppliers to ensure that they understand the quality levels required in the Asian Market Creating and maintaining effective quality processes that are robust and aligned with Diageos quality policy
• Being the main point of contact for customers regarding their quality concerns
• Ensuring that escalated quality issues are resolved quickly and effectively to minimise customer impact

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications and experience required:

• Strong leadership skills across diverse region
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the area of quality management and systems, customer care processes and procedures particularly in the areas food and drink manufacturing
• A strong understanding of the key dynamics and interfaces between Supply and Demand in the Supply Chain would be an advantage
• Relevant technical degree in a physical science or engineering
• Experience of operating across a diverse cultural base.
• Knowledge of working within the North Asian culture is preferable Strong project management skills
