As their business continues to grow throughout APAC, they are seeking a high potential Regional L&D Manager and Regional Training Manager to join their team.

Job Description
Reporting to the Regional L&D Director, these roles combine Leadership programs deployment, leading regional HR colleges, engagement follow up, regional projects and program development to support the cross-segments in the region. You will be working with leaders across all segments of the business, and have a key role in realizing the strategy in Asia. You will partner with the global team on priority work-streams to bring the strategy to life across the business. In addition, you will also introduce LMs to the Self-directed Module, setting expectations and engaging participants & their LMs in the journey, and oversee the Application Module, including peer coaching sessions for participants to reflect, share and learn from each other.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have at least 8+ years of experience, and the credibility to deliver leadership interventions to a broad range of leaders. You must demonstrate a deep understanding of human processes, and the ability to navigate others through them as part of their developmental and change journey. This capability could be demonstrated via experience in Leadership Development and/or Line Management. The fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
