Job Description

The business is expanding rapidly in Asia and offers interesting career opportunities. Located in Shanghai and reporting to the Senior Vice President, your responsibilities will include;

• defining sales targets for the region and ensuring delivery
• managing General Managers and Sales Agents, including performance management
• serving as a critical strategic link to the Group's senior management team in Europe.

The Successful Applicant
As a key figurehead, you must be degree educated and have both strong management and inspiring leadership skills. You will be a proven expert in sales and marketing with an in-depth understanding of the metals industry in the region. Personal drive, knowledge of management processes and experience of business in different cultures complete the profile.
