About Our Client
Our Client is a Global Leader in the Food & Nutrition Industry with Multi-Billion Dollar Revenue. They have a huge presence in the region (Asia-Pac) and globally, offering a variety of products to its customers. In line with their current commitment to Customer Service (Order Fulfillment & Management) and Logistics Processes and Cost Saving Initiatives, they are currently looking for a Regional Customer Service & Logistics Executive to be an integral part of their business to assist and continue their current growth.

Job Description

Reporting the Regional Customer Service & Logistics Director, you will be key in driving the Supply Chain Operations to Customer Development and for ensuring that the Supply Chain is aligned both internally and externally with customer's expectations.

You will work closely with Cross Functional Teams to generate growth and profitability opportunities for the company by working with the distributors and their teams to conduct feasible demand planning and forecasting as well as improve customer service and implement process innovation. You will contribute to the ongoing development of best practices across the Supply Chain and Customer Development organizations in the APAC countries and ensures that collaborative Supply Chain Initiatives are agreed, developed and executed with excellence.

The Successful Applicant

To qualify, you have

  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least 4 years of related experience in Customer Service Operations and Logistics Processes in the FMCG or Retail Industry/Environment
  • Possess a deep understanding and knowledge of Distributor and Customer Operations (Order Fulfillment Process)
  • Proven track record in managing multiple projects/suppliers and deadlines with a hands-on approach to getting things done

Being a team-player, you must demonstrate the ability to meet commitments, respond promptly to customers' needs and solicit feedback to improve service. You must also possess excellent influencing and communication skills with the ability to work well at all levels.
