About Our Client

An industry leader in the Electronics sector, there is now an immediate need for a Assistant L&D Manager to join the team.

Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible to roll out L&D initiatives for the company, perform training gap analysis and coordinating/organising training programs. You would also be managing the training learning management system, preparing training reports. Part of your job scope would include liasing with external vendors to come up with relevant training programs.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally, you are degree qualified with 5 to 7 years of L&D experience in Singapore. You should be prepared to 40% travel in this role to SEA countries. Ability to multi-task as an independent professional will be highly desired traits. Candidates with lesser years of experience may be considered for the Executive role.
