About Our Client
Our client is one of the leading players in the professional services sector. Continuously growing in Singapore, additionally has a few sister companies under them as well.

Job Description
Run the reception desk, maintain the order of the front desk, answering calls, switchboard, greeting clients upon arrival, screening of calls, ad hoc administration duties, meeting arrangements, and attending to general receptionist queries.

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-3 years relevant work experience
  • Fresh and dynamic
  • Approachable and enjoys meeting and dealing with new people
  • Presentable
  • Meticulous and likes to be active
  • Positive attitude and easy to work with
  • Team player
  • Mandarin speaking candidates is a MUST
  • ONLY candidates currently in Singapore will be considered
