About Our Client
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading local Project Management consulting firm. With the increase in demand for Project management services within the hospitality and retail sectors they are seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager in Singapore to manage fit-out projects for a leading name clients in the region.

Job Description
Reporting to the Country Manager you will heave responsibility for assisting in managing the full lifecycle Project Management function for the client to deliver hospitality and retail refurbishment and fit-out projects from due diligence and conceptual stages to commissioning and hand over. You will have responsibility for driving the construction programme on time and to budget as well as managing the clients’ expectations.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will currently be working for a recognised Project Management or Quantity Surveying Consultancy. You will have prior experience as clients’ representative and strong exposure to working with retail or hospitality clients. You will be from a Quantity Surveying background with at least 2 years experience working in the Project Management environment. You will be commercial in your approach and willing to be involved in business development activities.

What's On Offer
Remuneration: S$50,000 – S$80,000 per annum + bonus & benefits (depending on qualifications & experience)
