About Our Client
Our client, a leading multi-discipline contractor and developer in South East Asia is looking to increase its capacity in Project Management within its Luxury Residential Contracting Division. With a buoyant mid-sized project market, they are experiencing increased project flow and require experience Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to deliver their current and future projects.

Job Description
As Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering the construction programme on time and to budget. You will have responsibility for leading the site team and ensuring Health & Safety measures are adhered to at all times. You will be responsible for liaising with the client and ensuring all external parties are managed effectively.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have current experience of delivering mid-sized luxury developments in Singapore in the $100m value range. You will be conversant with local building regulations and have a strong track record in managing a local workforce.
