About Our Client
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading property and construction consulting firm. With the current buoyancy and number of new entrants to the Asian market, my client is experiencing high demand for project management services across the region within the bank fit-out sector. As such they are seeking to recruit an Project Manager in Singapore to manage fit-out projects for a leading Financial Institution.

Job Description
Reporting to the Country Director you will heave responsibility for managing the full lifecycle Project Management function for the client to deliver high class banking office space from due diligence and conceptual stages to commissioning and hand over. You will have responsibility for driving the construction programme on time and to budget as well as managing the clients’ expectations.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will currently be working for a recognised Project Management Consultancy. You will have prior experience as clients’ representative and strong exposure to working with banking clients. You will be from an Interior design, Project management or M&E background with at least 3 years experience working on banking projects including trading floors, mission critical systems including data centres as well as meeting rooms and office space in a high rise environment.

What's On Offer
Remuneration: S$50,000 – s$70,000 per annum + bonus & benefits (depending on qualifications & experience)
