Job Description
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for working through the development teams on land acquisition, occupational deal making, customer relationship management and government relationships as well as managing strategic construction partners.

The Successful Applicant

You will have an excellent knowledge of the entire Development process with strong commercial awareness. Knowledge in logistics is ideal, combined with experience in real-estate development within the PRC industrial sector.
