About Our Client

As a leader in Corporate Real Estate Services across Australia, our client is making large investment in a new sector of their group - tenancy representation / owner client representation. Based in Sydney, this position will sit on the executive management group and be a catalyst for new revenue growth for the business.

Job Description

As the National Director for Tenant Representation, you will be solely responsible for the strategic three year growth plan for the group. Leading the business internally through this change will be paramount, coupled with the responsibility of developing new business relationships at both an institutional and corporate owner perspective. Engaging with key clients, driving the group's property services offering is vital for the success and growth of this new sector for the business.

The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this appointment, you will have a proven track in growing a Property Management and / or Tenant Representative function for a major real estate operator. You will clearly be able to demonstrate your ability to develop relationships at a senior level across some of Australia's leading companies and build long-term relationships in the property / real estate field.
