About Our Client
Our client has manufacturing facilities in China and a sales offices throughout Asia Pacific. This global company is looking to grow this key region, with further geographic expansion is expected.

Job Description
You will be responsible for setting and achieving challenging sales and profit targets to achieve ambitious growth plans in the region over the next three years. You will have full Profit & Loss responsibility for the Region and be tasked with implementing a dynamic marketing policy. Coupled with this you will be expected to develop the Asia Pacific Management Team whilst raising the profile of the Region as a member of the Global Leadership Team. Key to this role will be the ability to provide strong leadership and direction.

The Successful Applicant
You will have at least 5 years experience within a multi-regional MNC, working at a senior level. Highly commercial you must have proven experience of launching products or services to market. The ability to evaluate market trends and react quickly with sound strategic decisions is essential. Experience in manufacturing is essential. Strong communication and negotiation skills are key in this customer facing role. Reporting to the President in the USA, you will be a leader, you will be a driven individual with the ability to combine high level strategic decision making with hands on management. This is an exciting opportunity and we are seeking an individual that has an entrepreneurial flair and enjoys the idea of playing a key part in creating something new, someone with enthusiasm, confidence and the drive to make it happen. The ideal candidate will preferably be MBA qualified. Fluency in Mandarin is essential due to key operations located in China.
