About Our Client
Our client is one of Europe's leading luxury real estate brands providing sales and consulting services related to residential and commercial property through a network of over 300 offices around the world. They are now looking for an ambitious individual to drive the growth of their business in Asia.
Job Description
This role is responsible for the performance and growth of the business in Asia and will formulate strategy in relation to the company's franchisee licence distribution model. Establishing the brand in new markets via networking, PR and media activity, you will acquire and support entrepreneurial licence partners to provide premium real estate services. You will manage and develop a small team responsible for business development, partner support and administration, and work closely with head office management to ensure the equity of the brand is maintained.
The Successful Applicant
Suitable candidates will have strong experience in managing and growing a successful business operation ideally related to real estate or a luxury brand in Asia. With a passion for real estate, you will have an entrepreneurial sales and business development background, a strong customer service focus, and be committed to the ongoing development of your team.
