About Our Client
Our Client is an established real estate company with a strong presence in the region. They have an extensive asset base comprising of several asset classes. They are seeking for an experienced individual to oversee lease management for their industrial properties.

Job Description

You will lead the lease management team to oversee leases for the company's industrial properties and be responsible for the maintenance of tenants' database, checking and preparation of lease documents. Occupancies and rental reports will be compiled by you. You will be involved in marketing related issues and other related lease management functions.

The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you should have 3 - 5 years real estate experience in lease and marketing especially in industrial property. You are real estate trained and a holder of a degree in real estate management. You have a good knowledge and an established network in the local market. To be successful you have strong negotiation and communication skills and the drive to take over a hands-on role.
