Job Description
You as a lead Clinical Research Associate (lead CRA) will be accountable for an important task within the clinical trial process. You will be responsible to verify the patient safety and credible, accurate, verifiable data from source documents. From site nomination process, ambassadorial role, site initiation, manage site drug supply management, manage recruitment implementing appropriate contingency plans to the execution of site closeout activities. In order to ensure a compliant conduct of a clinical trial the CRA needs to work in accordance with GCP, local regulations, companies SOPs, approved protocol and amendments.

The Successful Applicant

• Graduate degree in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences or Life Sciences.
• 3 or more years CRA experience with monitoring experience in Singapore.
• Excellent creative problem solver ability, prioritization and detail orientated.
• Strong planning and organizing, time-management skills.
• Proven GCP qualification.
• Knowledge and experience with ICH-GCP, international (FDA/EMEA) and local regulations.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively, across cultures and functions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
