About Our Client
Our client is a leading US law firm with a strong market coverage and reputation across the practice, now it is Intellectual Property Team is looking for high caliber bioscience/life science background legal profession to join their Shanghai office.

Job Description
Working in a very well established Intellectual Property Practice, you will work closely with a senior Partner and other associates within the team on China Intellectual Property matters. You will prepare legal advice and develop action strategy for bio-science or life science related disputes. You will instruct local counsel and coordinate with Chinese authorities including the Administration for Industry and Commerce, Public Security Bureau for administrative or criminal action.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with 2 + years' post-qualification experience, gained in the area of China Intellectual Property work. You must come from bio-science background and should be familiar with both contentious and non-contentious work, and have experience in providing legal advice and action strategy. The ideal candidate will have gained experience with international or leading local law firms. Both English and Chinese language skills are required.
