About Our Client

Job Description
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for originating investment opportunities and leading the entire execution process. You will provide origination and structuring leadership, negotiate transactions with clients and propose viable launch strategies. Being a key member of the senior management team, you will develop the overall direction of the business and also lead fund raising efforts.

The Successful Applicant
To be successful, you should have 8-12 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, management and disposal experience with decision making responsibilities. CFA, MBA qualification and experience in regional markets are preferred. Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills are a must.
