Job Description

This is a senior level hire where you will be responsible for the overall strategic support to the sales force in terms of marketing and sales information, navigational tools and other marketing and sales force services critical to optimizing marketing and business opportunities. You will take the lead in driving overall sales organisation capability enhancement through the development and smooth implementation of various learning programmes for the sales force. Part of your responsibility also includes regional key account management.

The Successful Applicant

You will have at least 5 years leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry or within the field of consumer market information management/market research. Proven experience in Field Force Support/Territory Management and Sales Force Training will be highly desirable.
