Job Description
Reporting to the CEO of Singapore/Malaysia, you will be a key member of the management team providing leadership and direction to the HR function in line with the business goals and needs. You will lead and manage a team and oversee the full spectrum HR services, including recruitment, C&B, policy & procedures, performance management and training development. You will act as a true business partner to review and further develop existing human resource policies and practices as well as to implement new initiatives.

The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will be a degree educated human resources professional with a proven track record in providing both strategic and operational human resources management in a multinational corporation environment. You will be required to lead and manage a range of strategic projects while maintaining a practical hands-on approach. Self driven and versatile, you will also be a strong communicator and have experience in setting direction for best practices.
