About Our Client
Our client, a leading US Listed multi-billion FMCG company focusing on delivering quality products to consumers is recruiting for HR Business Partner for their organisation’s Business Units.

Job Description
Reporting to the HR Director, you have full responsibility to partner the business unit that you are responsible for, playing an advisory role on all human capital matters. You will be designing the mid and long term HR strategies and provide practical medium term solutions to meet business goals. Key to your success will be your ability to engage the senior leaders on a strategic level.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should have 3 to 7 years of HR experience in a renowned MNC in a business partnering role. You should be intellectual, with strong academics and possess highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, influence and engage across the different business units. You should be dynamic, ambitious with the vision to succeed as a HR leader in a Global organization! Only candidates who are currently residing in Singapore will be considered.
