Job Description

Within the global sourcing team you will be responsible for a set of specific commodities, the sourcing of these commodities, the audit of appropriate suppliers and the continual optimisation of your sourcing network. You will also be responsible for putting sourcing strategies into place, participating in manufacturing facility reviews with R&D and working with your sourcing peers to ensure the highest quality materials are sourced in the most efficient way possible across the low cost regions.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree level qualified in Engineering
• Over 5 years of direct procurement/souring experience at a regional level within a high-mix low volume environment
• Commodities: PCBA, high precision metal machining, sheet metal fabrications, power supply and cables
• A talented networker with strong influencing, teamwork and project management skills
