About Our Client

Our client is a major MNC and a global leader in cutting-edge industrial and health care optical products. They are a Forbes Global 2000 company with billions in annual revenue. In line with their global Business Transformation programme, they are implementing a custom-built ERP system to revamp their supply chain and manufacturing processes. Our client is now searching for an exceptional project manager to drive this global initiative.

Job Description

The Global Project Manager will play a strategic role in the company's global Business Transformation programme. Responsibilities include:

• Manage the global implementation of a custom-built ERP system by establishing a global roll-out strategy
• Garner buy-ins from multiple stakeholders across global business units
• Initiate the Planning Phase of project by establishing goals, scope, rollout master plan, expected ROI and etc, and having the Group President approve the project
• Oversee Change Management by standardizing and integrating systems across multiple entities
• Manage a large resource pool of project members

The Successful Applicant

The successful Global Project Manager should meet the following requirements:

• Outstanding implementation experience in custom-built ERP systems or custom-built supply chain/manufacturing enterprise systems
• 8 years of IT management experience
• Proven track record in Project Management and Change Management
• Large-scale project management experience with 50 to 100 project members
• Sound understanding of Supply Chain Management systems and business processes
• Exceptional global exposure and cross-cultural experience, especially with US and European counterparts
