They are currently looking for a dynamic and driven General Manager to focus on building their manufacturing and sales capabilities for the Textile industry. This position is based in Bandung.

Job Description
Reporting to the Regional President, you will be responsible for the overall business across Indonesia. You will have full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility, be in charge of developing the business through expansion to other areas beyond the textile market as well as to open up new offices within the country. You will also oversee the manufacturing plant, ensuring that the plant is efficiently run to optimize the manufacturing facility. In addition, you will grow the export market business, which is a new addition to the organization in Indonesia.

The Successful Applicant
You are a seasoned professional within the textile industry with about 10 years relevant experience, gained within the Indonesian market. You must have experience within the chemicals industry, ideally within textile specialty chemicals. You have a proven track record in sales, business development, and exposure to full P&L responsibilities. You possess excellent leadership, negotiation and people management skills, and a hands-on attitude towards the business
