About Our Client

Our client is a highly reputable real estate firm having international operations. They offer a totally integrated development management management service to major property developers from opportunity identification to design management, financial modeling, project delivery, marketing and sales.

They are assembling a team of professionals to manage the development of a new city in the Iskander Development Region, Johor Bahru. The city will include commercial office precincts, residential areas, hotels and retail-leisure facilities. The work involves master planning the site and attracting investors to participate through land purchase, co-investment or to develop buildings.

Job Description
Reporting to the Finance and Admin Director in head office, you will be responsible for the overall management of all accounting, finance and administration for the project and the company. This will include financial and management reporting, corporate & tax compliance as well as managing payroll matters.

The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you are a degree qualified CPA/CA with at least 8 years of post graduation experience. Understanding of Malaysian regulatory and taxation law is critical. An energetic and independent player, you possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and thrives in a dynamic environment.
