Due to business growth, a dynamic finance executive is now required for their China Kitchen and Bath business group.

Job Description
This high profile position will spearhead the finance function for the fastest growing business group in the region. Reporting to the President - Kohler China, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting activities for all China related operations while training, mentoring and developing the finance team. As a key member of the management team you will devise and lead budgeting, strategic planning, SAP implementation and drive cost reduction to achieve maximum performance and profitability.

The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you will be CA/CPA qualified with strong commercial acumen and experience working within a multinational manufacturing environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and presence to communicate effectively with corporate headquarters and functional leaders is essential to be successful in this role. Furthermore, you will be a highly motivated individual with both a strategic and "hands on" approach. As this role will work closely with the executive management team, fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
