About Our Client

Our client is an international and highly respected Real Estate Investment Management company. They have chosen Singapore as their regional HQ to spearhead their growth in Asia. We are looking for an experienced real estate professional with a strong track record to lead their acquisitions in the region.

Job Description
Reporting to the Managing Director of Asia, you will be responsible for the origination and execution of real estate deals in Asia. You will provide origination and structuring leadership, negotiate transactions with clients and propose viable launch strategies. Being a key member of the senior management team, you will develop the overall direction of the business and also lead fund raising efforts.

The Successful Applicant
To be successful, you should have 8-12 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, management and disposal experience with decision making responsibilities. CFA, MBA qualification and experience in regional markets are preferred. Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills are a must.
