Due to rapid expansion and in line with their commitment to Supply Chain Operations, Sales & Operations, Order Management (Customer Service) processes and Channel Partners Integration, they are currently looking for a High Potential Individual as the Regional Director/Senior Director, Operations (S&OP) to be an integral part of their dynamic team.
Job Description
Reporting to the VP, Head of Operations (APAC) you will manage and lead various Supply Chain Planning & Customer Service functions to drive operational and strategic blueprint that will bring Cost, Service Level and Supply Chain excellence in the Cluster/Region. You will identify and generate opportunities for building a world class supply chain and lead the implementation of projects in collaboration with Customers and Internal Teams. You will also lead the development and execution of internal strategies for ensuring a competitive and compliant supply chain; and provide APAC region subject matter expertise on Supply Chain. You will lead and contribute in the creation and deployment of Supply Chain service offerings, ensuring the deployment of effective order management (customer service) processes, capabilities, solutions, systems & tools to improve Customers and Internal Operations. In addition to leading & managing end-to-end Supply Chain Planning & the Order Management processes, you will lead and be heavily involved in the integration between the organization and Channel Partners i.e. Distributors, Retailers.
The Successful Applicant
You must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 15 years of related working experience and extensive knowledge in Supply Chain Planning, Order Management (Customer Service) Operations and Channel Partner Integration. You must possess a proven track record in people management in large team and career planning. You should possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, having the ability to work effectively in a highly diverse, global, multi-functional environment that works across multiple time zones. Prior Experience in a FMCG or IT/Consumer Electronics or Retail Environment is Highly Preferred and Extensive Traveling is required.
