Our Client is a Global Market Leader in the FMCG Industry and one of the largest corporations in the world, with growing sales & revenues (over USD 60 Billion) and a strong working culture, coupled with their unique pipeline of products makes them one of the most rewarding employers to work for. Due to rapid expansion within the Asia-Pacific Region, they are urgently looking for a Regional Business System & Process Manager (Order Management) to support their current growth.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Senior Business Process Manager – APAC Operations, you will be responsible for driving Order Management process re-engineering activities and projects. You will act as an internal advisor/consultant and assist functional business users to drive for continual business and systems process improvement; ensuring process integration across the organization, both regionally and globally.

Your Other Responsibilities include:

  • Devise and implement, in partnership with internal & external key stakeholders, business and systems solutions that meet the changing business conditions
  • Manage and Lead projects, cross functionally, in re-engineering implementations
  • Articulate Business Requirements to the IT Consultants, internally, and assist in the formulation of a prototype of proof of concept solution
  • Manage User Acceptance Test and implementation of the business change and supporting systems change across Asia Pacific

The Successful Applicant
You must possess at least a Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in process improvements/re-engineering or project implementation/management with key focus on supply chain and operations models in the FMCG Industry. You must have a proven track record in project management, process re-engineering and possess excellent operation issue resolution skills. You should also be highly proficient in ERP Systems i.e. SAP SD Super-User. You must also have excellent influencing and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior Experience in a Retail or FMCG Environment is highly preferred.
