About Our Client
Our client is the asset management arm of a global Financial Institution, which is establishing its presence in Asia. We are looking for an Analyst or Associate to join their new team.

Job Description
Your main responsibility will be to create and run financial models for new projects and assets under management. You will assist in the evaluation of the assets and participate in the due diligences. You will then evaluate deals and produce Ad Hoc reports. Furthermore you will have some client facing opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in a relevant discipline
• At least 3 years experience in real estate investment or asset management
• Strong financial modeling skills and written communication skills are essential
• Strong business acumen
