About Our Client
For our client, A MNC Chemical manufacturing industry we are recruiting for an Accountant executive

Job Description

You will be reporting to the Country Controller. Your main responsibilities includes: ·

• Ensures that the company complies with group requirements in production of management accounts, statutory accounts, analyzing, and budgeting, and forecasting, audit of accounts and evaluation of capex.
• Responsible for proper bookkeeping of all transactions/accounts of the company in a timely manner, encode in appropriate record/monitoring system, general ledger,
• Accounts Receivables - Prepare AR documentation (invoices, statement of accounts, delivery receipts, etc.),ensuring that all details are complete and accurate
• Accounts Payable – coding, obtaining approvals, and submitting documents to the central AP team.
• Handle all check and cash disbursements; ensure proper verification prior to Management approval, secure proofs of receipt/disbursement and record in designated Company system, ledgers
• Ensure that all cash and check collections are deposited in the bank promptly; handle all coordination with the bank – preparing bank reconciliation
• Handle regular or periodic processing and immediate payment of all taxes, permits/licenses to appropriate government bodies (BIR, Mayor’s office), monthly, and quarterly and annually – VAT, withholding tax, Income Tax, Mayor’s permit,
• Ensure that all financial records and documents are maintained in an organized and updated filing system all the time

The Successful Applicant
You are a Bachelor Degree or Accountant qualifies with at least 4 years of experience in Financial Accounting. You are good at problem solving, influencing and negotiation skills. You must be a good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
