Job Description
A senior role that carries a responsibility for air-time sales revenue, managing Hong Kong based clients including Macau. The role manages a team of 3 direct reports. Besides revenue responsibility, the role involves nurturing customers relationship both clients and agencies and creating a collaborative partnership relationship. The candidate will also seek and identify PR and Marketing opportunities with global branded events that will enhance/raise the channel’s profile and in return, top of mind recall amongst the key audiences and create more sales opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree qualified At least 5 years agency or media owner experience in media industry (preferably broadcasting)
• Regional sales experience preferred
• Excellent operational/sales management skills
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to multi task to support various different clients and harsh requirements
• Ability to work independently and provide support as a team
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and preferably Mandarin (both spoken and written)
• Knowledge on on-line offerings and ability to sell

What's On Offer

• US$90K pa plus bonus potential up to a max of 32% on basic salary
• 14 days annual leave
• 1 month notice period upon confirmation
