Job Description

Your responsibilities will include however not be limited to:

• Drafting and negotiating confirmations for plain vanilla and structured trades for such equity derivative products such as Collars, Call/Put Spreads, Straddles, Barrier Options, Pre-paid Variable Obligation Forwards, Two-part Swaps, Cliquet Options a/k/a Accumulator Options, Index/Share Basket Options or Swaps.
• Liaise with traders, marketers, legal, credit, payments, and counterparty/clients to accurately draft and execute confirmations.
• Maintain accurate records and confirmation history in the documentation database.
• Resolve outstanding issues and communicate/escalate problems to Senior Management.
• Participate in industry initiatives and working groups.

The Successful Applicant

You have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Equity Derivatives Drafter. Our client is looking for a candidate who demonstrates a proactive approach by seeking additional responsibility and who is self-motivated, taking necessary action to prevent losses and minimize liabilities. Candidates who express ideas effectively, in a clear, concise and professional manner are highly sought after. Ideally you will have some form of experience with ISDA documentation however if you have other experiences that you feel would allow you to contribute to this role, the client encourages you to apply.
