Job Description

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Ensuring that invoices and employee expenses are processed on time and accurately
• Performing accounts payable ledger close in accordance with the month end and quarter end close timetable
• Preparing month end accruals and supporting the accounting team as required
• Preparing metrics to track efficiency and service levels
• Continuously review processes to identify areas for improvement and increasing efficiency

The Successful Applicant
As the successful candidate, you have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Accounts Payable process owner. You have a strong knowledge of multi-national payable processes and have proven experience in an environment where compliance with processes and procedures is paramount. You are a customer focused person and have the ability to achieve team cooperation in a diverse multinational environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills are a must. Exposure to SAP will be highly regarded.
