About Our Client
Our Client is a well-established organisation with a solid brand name in the chemical space. Due to continuing business needs, there is now an opportunity for a high calibre HR professional to join the team in Singapore as a Talent Management & Organisational Design Consultant.
Reporting to the Global Talent Director, you will be responsible to partner the business in the designing and delivery of the organisation's overall learning and growth strategy for organisational culture and behaviours, talent and leadership development. You will play a key driver in managing interventions to drive organisational effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree qualified HR professional with at least 6 years of working experience in a HR development role. You should be an independent worker, with strong communication skills to elicit buy-in from management on the proposed HR Development programs. Whilst we anticipate that your specialised talent experience will be robust, prior positions held as a HRBP and/or L&OD professional will be advantageous to this role.
